The 100% ibérica Double F field fattening paleta comes from Fabián Díaz's carefully guarded 100% ibérica breed herd. In this case, we are dealing with pigs that did not manage to fatten up sufficiently on the fruits of holm oak and cork oak within the deadlines established by the standard for a pig of 100% ibérico bellota. In this case, they are kept in the field feeding on grasses, grasses, other fruits or supplemented with high-quality feed until they reach their weight for slaughter. This is how they achieve this spectacular 100% ibérica field bait paleta.

With the aforementioned feeding and extensive management, we achieve a 100% ibérica field bait paleta whose quality is close to a paleta of bellota 100% ibérica.

The DobleF 100% Iberian Field Fattening Shoulder comes from pure 100% Iberian pigs from Fabián Díaz's farm, which did not reach the necessary weight to be classified as 100% Iberian acorns within the required timeframe. They are raised in the field and fed on high-quality grasses, pastures, other fruits and feed until they reach the right weight, resulting in a 100% Iberian field fattened shoulder with quality similar to a 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham.

Ibéricos Doble F is the brand of a small family business of ibérico pig farmers and producers of their derivatives. It all started in 1998 and, since 2004, after requests from family and friends, we have been making our own products, until today. They have their own breeding mother farm located in the Sierra de Sevilla. The fattening of our pigs, based on acorns, and the subsequent preparation and curing of the products derived from them is carried out in the Sierra de Huelva, specifically in the region of Aracena and Picos de Aroche.

Following this, the producer will evaluate the incident to collect the piece and perform the relevant analyses. Depending on the outcome:

1️⃣ If the product DOES NOT meet the producer's standard, the piece will be replaced at no cost or a full refund will be issued.

2️⃣ If the product DOES meet the producer's standard, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the collection transport costs.

Era un regalo y no he tenido el gusto de probarlo. Pero me han dicho que estaba muy buena. Lo único, que al darle la vuelta a la paleta parecía que tenía mucho tocino, pero luego se quedaron más conformes. En definitiva, les gustó mucho.

La compra fue rapida. El pedido tardó unos 5 días, te iendo en cuenta las fechas, no está mal.

La.paletiila de aspecto está bien, la.pedi tierna y me la enviaron un poco seca, además al comerla te deja un regustillo a rancio. No repetiremos.

Lo siento pero respecto al producto , una palata iberica 100% de cebo de campo . Como estamos dos en casa , la he empezado por la Babilla y no es que estaba curada lo siguiente , dura que incluso me ha costado trabajo cortar las tres porciones que he cortado hasta ahora y eso que tengo buen material para eso . Ya se que ya no puedo devolverlo , incluso he tirado el envase . Por lo tanto ni siquiera les puntuo , simplemente es la primera vez y la ultima que les compro un producto a traves de Internet . Esta mi esperiencia con vosotros . Y eso de que el grado de satifaccion de los clientes es del 98% es como cuando en una elecciones alguien las ganas por el 98% , no se lo cree ni quien las hace , las elecciones , un saludo .
